We are keen to find an enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to come and help manage our rapidly growing user base.

What you’ll be responsible for:

It will be up to you to make sure our customers get the most out of the Jellynote platform. You’ll know exactly how to help resolve their queries because you’ll become an expert and evangelist of our products, and understand what it entails to be a musician.

What we are looking for in you:

• A huge amount of enthusiasm. You will be dealing with both happy and unhappy customers, so the right attitude goes a long way.
• Great problem-solving. Every client has different requirements and objections, so it is vital that you can think on your feet and outside of the box.
• Flexibility. The exciting thing about being is a fast-growing start up is that we can adapt very quickly to what is required, and so we need someone who is as flexible as the market itself.
• Great customer relations skills.
